| Order Processing |
| All orders placed with FrashNup Cosmetics will be processed within 48 business hours (excluding weekends and US holidays) of completion and successful processing of payment. During the time of processing orders may be changed and modified by the customer through our customer login area of the web site, or by phone or fax as they are listed on our contact us page. Once order has been processed and shipped it can no longer be changed or modified as it has already left our facilities and is in transit. |

| Returns and Refunds |
As part of our 100% satisfaction guarantee FreshNup offers customers the option to obtain a return authorization (RMA) by contacting our customer service at info@freshnup.net. Returns are accepted for any reason within the guarantee period if the product is returned in its original box and is in its unused condition. If necessary, refund may be issued upon our receiving the authorized return in the specified time frame and upon verification of the product condition. Under any circumstance a refund may not include any of the shipping charges relating to the original purchase or the return of the product as these charges are at the responsibility of the customer.
In the unlikely event a product has been tested (slightly used) by a customer and found to be unsatisfactory an RMA may be issued under the following conditions:
- A detailed acceptable reason has been provided by the customer
- The returned product must with very limited use, normally an evident one or two uses before making the RMA request.
- The purchase date must be within 60 days for the return request
Shipping charges for all returns must be paid by the customer.
Freshnup can not refund any shipping charges, and will not pay for shipping of returns under any circumstance. |
