Is Warehousing a Problem?
To get a quick answer you can just look at the composite ingredients listed with some of our products. Among them you will find various plants, vegetable and fruit extracts, seed oils (such as wheat, grape, etc.) and other natural ingredients, all of which are highly sensitive to storage conditions such as light, temperature, humidity and time – factors that ultimately combine to dictate the pace in which a product disintegrates in storage.
Think of it just like you’d think of a vegetable, fruit or egg salad in your refrigerator - How long would you trust it to last? Obviously Natural Cosmetics are somewhat different since manufacturers include stabilizing preservatives in their products to address this specific problem and extend the products shelf-life. However, the improved shelf-life is limited to a maximum of 18 to 24 month before expected expiration.

Eliminating Warehousing Needs
It all began when we were faced with the same need to provide freshly made products to our wholesale buyers such as Spas and Beauty Parlors. We knew that they will have the products ‘shelved’ in their stores for a couple of months, in addition to their customers who will need a few months to be able to use them. Thus, initially providing our customers with fresh products is imperative.
To address this we developed our exclusive “Rolling-Age” product stocks program and “Merged-Orders” program, which today have molded into our Fresh-Supply System. These programs are designed to carefully follow the products “age since manufacturing” and route them accordingly so they will always reach the end user within 6 month of production.
Today our Fresh-Supply System is a great success enjoying vast support from manufacturers, and enables us to exclusively provide the freshest products to our customers.

What Structures Our Prices
Being a direct supplier FreshNup Cosmetics works directly with manufacturers with mutual goal to reduce or eliminate aging of ‘on-hand’ product stocks. Therefore our prices are most often directly impacted and derived from the costs of manufacturing. That said, if production cost changes at the manufacturing plants – so will our prices, and since we work hard to maintain only a 3 months maximum gap between production and end-users, the changes at manufacturing costs (whether up or down) will be directly and quickly reflected in our prices for both wholesalers and end users.
This could be considered good or bad depending on the current swing in prices; however one must also consider that by eliminating warehousing we save significantly on the products final price. These savings are systematically being past-on to our customers to make our final prices attractive and lower than anywhere else.

A Bit of Our History
Freshnup Cosmetics was established in 1998 by a group of seasoned cosmetics sales-reps who recognized through personal experience some basic flaws in the conventional marketing approach to Natural and Dead Sea Cosmetic sales. Utilizing their collective considerable powers in the industry, with both manufacturers and clients, they teamed up to embark on the development of what´s known today as the Fresh-Supply System. First, they worked to develop a network of independent-markets wholesalers who collaborated and coordinated efforts to establish the first “Rolling-Age” product stocks program by synchronizing orders and stocks on-hand.
Next came years of developing and perfecting the system which joined the combined efforts between cosmetic manufacturers and clients participating in the Rolling-Age program, to establish the Fresh-Supply System – a collective synchronization system of supply and demand spanning 3 major continents – Asia, Europe and America.
